Monday to Friday Deliveries:
A same day delivery service is provided for Local Palmerston North and Manawatu Areas if ordered by 2pm via the website www.flowershops.net.nz. If ordering by phone a same day service for sending flowers is available if ordered by 3:00pm. Local deliveries are sent out on local couriers.
Outer regional areas are delivered on an overnight Courier Post service for next day delivery. Orders must be in by 2pm to get flowers on the overnight service that leaves at 4pm.
Rural Deliveries (Manawatu):
Rural deliveries are delivered by ourselves. They are charged out at $1 per km. We will contact you for an extra delivery charge if the address is outside delivery area. There is a minimum spend of $40 on flowers for rural deliveries.
A same day delivery service is provided for the Palmerston North Area if ordered by 12pm via the website. If ordering by phone a same day service is available if ordered by 12pm.
No outer rural or regional deliveries are available on Saturday. Local courier service has two pick up times: 10 am & 2 pm.
We only deliver on Sunday for MOTHERS' DAY and VALENTINES' DAY if this should fall on a Sunday.
Public Holiday Days:
We are closed on public holidays and do not deliver on these days.

Returns and Refund Policy
If flowers arrive in an unsatisfactory condition and have been damaged by courier, please report within 24 hours. We will replace and make a time to re-deliver the order and collect the returning flowers. Due to flowers being a seasonal product, occasionally substitutions of flowers are necessary. If this is the case with the gift you have ordered, please bring it to one of our stores within 48hrs and one of our experienced florists will happily replace the items with flowers of equal or higher value. If we are unable to deliver your gift to the address provided, a full refund will be made back to you. Refunds will be returned in the original payment method.
To cancel and order please contact us immediately. By email email@example.com or call the shop where the order was placed. For internet orders call the Hokowhitu store, 06 3533 463. If the order has been processed and sent out we cannot cancel the order. If the order has been processed and not sent out we will make a full refund to your credit card or direct credit your bank account.
